Under some circumstances we can consider adjusting the cover levels and we may be able to assist with deferred payments. Please do not cancel your direct debit instruction as this may trigger an automated default process which could result in your policy being cancelled.

If it is difficult to get back on track or you are struggling to keep up with your payments and managing your income there are also other steps you can take. The Money Advise Service has developed a new online tool that can provide with money guidance and suggest actions you can take depending on the circumstances:
