China Taiping’s Global Ranking Continues to Improve




On August 2, 2021, the Fortune Global 500 list was released, which included China Taiping Group in the rankings, for the fourth consecutive year.


China Taiping advanced further by jumping 48 places to 344, with 2020 revenue of $35.5 billion.


The Fortune Global 500 list is an authoritative international list that measures the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of large global enterprises. China Taiping has entered the Fortune Global 500 list for the first time in 2018, and the company’s ranking has been improving ever since, jumping 121 places in total, showing a trend of high quality and steady development.


The Group's premium income increased steadily, and its total assets exceeded 1 trillion yuan (RMB). The value of new life insurance business in China and Hong Kong increased by 29.1% and 27.4% year on year, and the business quality continued to improve.
