The Fortune Global 500 has released its latest list on 10^th August 2020. China Taiping Insurance Group was listed among the names for the third consecutive year, with a revenue of $31.91 billion in 2019, a sharp increase of 59 places compared with last year and ranked 392^nd.

For years, the Fortune Global 500 has been the most authoritative list that measures the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of large global enterprises.

In 2018, China Taiping entered The Fortune Global 500 for the first time, opening a new chapter of enterprise development, ushering in a period of great opportunities to leap over the development, and demonstrating a bright future of the vigorous development of China's insurance industry in the new era.

In 2019, China Taiping entered the Fortune Global 500 for the second time, moving up 14 places to rank number 451 on the list. This was a great gift for the 90^th anniversary of the company, and a firm step in the journey to build a globally competitive international finance and insurance group.

In 2020, the company rose by a staggering 59 places. China Taiping persisted in solving development problems through innovation and made great progress, given the impact and challenges caused by the pandemic. In the first half of the year, its main operating indicators, such as premium income, net profit and asset size, all achieved first-half targets, and its overall business development stabilized.
